How to book a tour on the website?

After filling in the required fields on the page of the selected tour, the manager receives your application in electronic form and within 10 minutes will contact you in any of the indicated ways: by phone number (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) or by email.

How will I be informed of the bus departure time from the hotel?

In a personal conversation with our manager after completing the application, the employee will inform the client of all the details of the upcoming tour, including the time of departure from the hotel. The sightseeing transfer is free.

Do I need to confirm my reservation after checking into the hotel?

You do not need to additionally confirm the order if our manager did not ask you to do this personally in correspondence or telephone conversation. Be at the specified time at the entrance to the hotel, in front of the gate or security booth, and our driver will take you on a tour.

From which villages in Antalya are excursions possible?

We work with all hotels in Antalya and suburban regions, including hotel complexes located in Konyaalti, Lara, Kundu. Please check with our managers about the possibility of leaving other resort cities in Turkey.

Is it mandatory to indicate the hotel room number when booking an excursion?

The room number is not a required field when filling out the application, however, it would be better if it is entered into our excursion base. In rare cases, when the driver or guide cannot find guests at the specified location or guests are late for boarding, our staff will have the opportunity to call the number from the reception desk to inform them about their arrival.

Where can I expect the transfer?

Due to the fact that some hotels restrict entry to their territory, we cannot guarantee that our buses will pass through the closed security gate. Therefore, we recommend that all guests wait for the transfer near the security booth or barrier. If you are late, please inform our manager by phone.
